Hi, Kish here with more hotels, this time 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi

So if you want to know Sunil and my favorite 5 star spots are then read on. But just a quick disclaimer, we have not stayed in all of them (yet as I write this) but will eventually. This write up is based on our research, talks with friends, visits to these properties and overall general unbiased opinion :-)


All these have one thing in common besides being excellent.

They all are beachfront and have private beach access.

Sheraton Hotel

Situated on the corniche with its own private beach inlet.

The perfect hotel to stay at in Abu Dhabi when you are travelling with kids. Excellent choices of restaurants within and nearby.

Intercontinental Hotel

This hotel looked absolutely brand new. Word on the street was that it was renovated (2007?) It stands in one of Abu Dhabi’s oldest spots for a hotel. The beach has received some excellent reviews, is very close to the city as well as the famous Abu Dhabi Marina Mall.

Hilton International Hotel

Famous for the Hiltonia Beach Club. A few different swimming pools that you can choose from and a ton of nice restaurants within and nearby. Everyone has a good time at this hotel, whether singles, couples, families, retirees. . .

Beach Rotana Hotel and Towers

This is the closest hotel to the city, though the others are not too far away. And because you are closest to the city, staying here will bring you closer to some of the best dining options in Abu Dhabi.

Le Meridien

Arguably the prettiest of them all. Has a ton of nice places to visit nearby. This hotel also has a private beach front and a few swimming pools to choose from.



Now a confession, honestly, some of the beach front hotels in Abu Dhabi listed above are not even listed as a 5 star facilities (they are only 4 star hotels). However they are better than most 5 stars I have seen around.
