change of company in Dubai

Hi-

I just want to ask about my recent status in my present company.

Last December 11 i took my annual vacation for 1-month and before i leave on that day verbally told me by the company that they will not continue my service and it will expire by march 9 the labor card and the residence on april 12 respectively.

They told me that i have atleast 2-months of looking for another company into their permission.
My question is if i want to transfer to another company, could i get noc or no need for noc as it will expire and do i have a ban when the visa is cancelled.

Is there any procedure in to it, and how long can i stay here in dubai after it will cancelled.
