my husband and I are disabled and are travelling to South Africa via Dubai airport, is the any rest rooms for the disabled and if so how do we find them? we travel on 4th March 2010

Yes there are.. just like any other major airport, look out for signs for the restrooms. if you cannot locate one, just ask an attendant and they can point it out. there is a lot of walking at the terminals there and they offer a free ride in the cart as well for the elderly, passengers with children, and disabled.
