Do we need an adaptor to use electric appliances from the UK in Dubai? And is it ok to take the following painkillers prescribed from the doctor
Rhumalgan (diclofenac sodium) ?

UK appliances should work. it is US appliances that need converters. be on the safe side and take one anyway. as far as medication - carry prescriptions with you. call the embassy and consulate ahead of time and confirm.
