i didn't not come back in uae when i had my vacation last 2009. i sent my passport after a year to request my company for my visa cancellation. but the thing is up to now they didn't give back my passport and still not yet cancel. is there any possible thing that abscond cases was approved from MOL ae?

you cannot pay someone and get a visa in Dubai. you must be employed - or have an offer for the employer to start procedures on your behalf. no one can get a visa on their own, other than a temporary visit/tourist visa. i suggest you first start your job search procedures, and secure a job. the employers in dubai are used to, and expect to process your visa papers on your behalf. hope that helps.
