Hi, Sunil here to talk about a few fun indoor activities in Dubai

I love doing things indoors just as much as I love the outdoors.

For example, popping pop corn and sitting in for a movie with Kish is one of my favorite things to do (side note: I have yet to not pass out while watching a movie with Kish on the couch LOL).

So that said, below are a few indoor activities that Kish and I both enjoy.

The list is not comprehensive.

It is simply a list of what we have experienced and enjoy a lot. I will continue to update this list as we learn and experience more.

But for now, enjoy our favorite list of indoor activities in Dubai.

Going to Movies

Dubai has some of the best, biggest and cleanest movie theaters, or cinemas as they call it.

I have written a full blown section on Dubai cinemas and I recommend you check it out.

Thunder Bowling

Thunder Bowl is a full fledge entertainment center similar to ones you find in the USA. Not only can you bowl, but you can also play billiards, arcades, snooker and indulge in salty greasy yummy food as you enjoy your games. This place is located on Sheikh Zayed Rd.

Ice Skating

I swear every state in the USA I have visited that has a Galleria mall always has an ice skating rink inside. Not surprisingly, Dubai took this idea from the US as well. So the Galleria Mall in Dubai has a massive ice skating rink where you can enjoy ice skating. You can also get lessons from some of the best professional ice skaters.

Go Karts

The Formula One in Dubai is the place to be for some Go Karting action. It is a 40,000 square foot massive fully air conditioned facility where you can drive as if you were in a NASCAR race.

If you go during the right time, you might see a professional race next door on the track right next to the Jebel Ali hotel. So call ahead and find out.

Put-Put Golf

Today you will find indoor and outdoor put put golf platforms pretty much anywhere in the world. I love it. It's just so relaxing.
