UNAUTHORISED VISA APPLICATION

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am resigned from a freezone a company. My visa will be cancelling within one month. I have a job offer from another company, if somebody will apply a visit visa without my permission, what i have to do?

Is it legal?

No one can apply for a visit visa on your behalf or with your consent without you actually have given consent to it. You must have your employer have your visa issue handled as you transition from one company to another, whether or not you are in the freezone that is irrelevant.
