working in Dubai without given 2 months salary

i am working in a company for about 1 year and 8 months, i was under a limited contract for three years, but due to the bad condition of the economy our company cannot give us on time salary anymore.

before 4 months ago it started to be delayed our salary for almost a week but unfortunately until it become more critical that our december salary and january salary was not given yet.

the management didnt tell us anything what is really happening, i was even submited a 1 month notice for my my resignation but they didnt stamped it as received and they didnt acceppt my resignation..so until now im stil working at the company.

my question is do i have to continue my resignation on the end of the date of my resignation notice and wil not go to work on the last day of my resignation? whether they accepted it or not? as far as they are aware that i was resigning...to i have to pay them for not finishing my contract? do they ban me? for how many months? can i go back to dubai even i have a ban?

if in case il find a new job in free zone while i still have a ban can i be hired? how can i complain and where can i complain bout our salary that is not given for 2 months now? the company will giveme my two months salary pending when i resign? if i completed two years in company which is my contract is limited three years, when i complete 2 years and then resign do i stil have a ban?

pls advice me and i cannot survive anymore in my living due to working without salary....pls clearly advices...thanks
