The Typical Dubai Tourist Learn More About ThemHi, Sunil here to talk about a typical Dubai tourist
Dont worry no one really cares lol! The one thing about the typical tourist in Dubai that you should know is that there actually isnt one type of Dubai tourist.
From the abundant hotels to the plentiful activities there is a ton of stuff to do in Dubai. Whether they want to just lay by the beach or do some dune driving in the desert there is a world of culture and fun to be had here. For people looking for religious activities there are over 200 mosques, although all except one of them, the Jumeirah Mosque, do not allow non-Muslims into the mosque itself. For a Dubai tourist looking for historical sites, Dubai has that as well. However, most tourists are simply looking to enjoy themselves and have some fun. They can do this at Ski Dubai, numerous water parks, or while scoping out the local nightlife in Dubai. Aside from world famous attractions, a lot of the tourists come to shop. Known as the shopping capital of the Middle East people come to find the bargains to be had here. With duty free shopping it used to be a Mecca for electronics and gold, but now you can find almost anything here. The souks are especially inviting for anyone looking to buy and sell in other countries, or simply just to take something really special home with them. (you can haggle in souks!) Many tourists in Dubai tend to flock to the beach areas for the best hotels and resorts. Beaches like Palm Island Dubai and Jumeirah Beach are the hot spots which also offer the most in terms of dining and nightlife. Almost all the hotels have numerous places to eat, drink and dance the night away. In fact, it is for more popular than the city center which is where most of the business people stay. It is also the most family friendly area of Dubai which gives large families an opportunity to play while enjoying the nearby attractions of the city center. Dubai strives to be the most popular tourist attraction in the world, and surely they are getting there. With over the top attractions like Dubailand (set to be finished in 2009) they are trying to cater to every type of tourist in Dubai and it is certain that they are succeeding. In 60 years Dubai has gone from a small trading port to an oil exporter to a place that is projected to see over 3 million tourists come per year in just a few short years from now. It is quite an amazing transformation that Dubai has gone through and things will only continue to get better for future tourists. Have a look at Kish & My Favorite Dubai ToursWe have the Hook-Up!
