But see sometimes the best food doesn’t necessarily have to be at the best restaurant right?

I guess it depends on how you define “best”.

This is a specialized book for someone interested mainly in the best restaurants in Dubai and not a general overview of restaurants in Dubai.

Each restaurant is discussed in detail.

The book also has each restaurant’s address as well as the main recipes of each.

This book is not a comprehensive guide to restaurants in Dubai. It mainly focuses on restaurants considered to be “cool” and where many of the local Dubai residents enjoy dining at.

I was just a tad bit disappointed not to see some of my favorite “hole in the wall” restaurants in Dubai in this book. But then again that isn’t the main purpose of the book so I can understand that.

For a frequent visitor of Dubai and someone who has experienced a lot there, the book doesn’t add much of anything new in my opinion.

But if you are a first timer to Dubai or haven’t experienced much over there, I definitely recommend this reasonably priced guide to ensure quality and luxury dinning experience.

I have researched but couldn’t find a truly all encompassing book on Dubai restaurants. Maybe if you decide to write one you can let me know?

I will definitely buy it and I am sure there are so many more Dubai restaurants I have not explored.
